Actually, it has other names. For example, "Orange Mood". But most chefs prefer to call the salad with chicken, orange and Korean carrot "Princely".

For him, it is proposed to take not the breast, but the leg, but this, of course, is a matter of taste. The thigh is boiled, separated from the bones, cut, laid out on a dish and slightly flavored with mayonnaise. Korean carrots are placed on top and are also lightly smeared. This ingredient needs about the same amount as chicken.
