Ingredients:

  • liquid sour cream, kefir orcurdled milk - 2 tbsp;
  • flour (depending on variety) - 4-5 tbsp.;
  • sunflower oil - 80g;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp;
  • a pinch of s alt.

You can use any meat to prepare the filling, but chicken breast pie will be especially tender:

  • chicken - ½ kg;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • onion - 2-3 heads;

Cooking process
