  • wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp;
  • 0.5 tsp soda (repay) and a little vanilla.

  • soft butter - 200g;
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa.

Kefir recipe

You can cook a Paul Robeson cake on kefir if there is no sour cream in the house, but you really want something tasty. Then the recipe would be:

  • kefir - 1 tbsp;
  • wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp;
  • condensed milk - 200 g;
  • 3 eggs;
  • softened butter - 200g;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • 0.5 tsp extinguished soda and cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.

Let's start baking

It doesn't take long to prepare such a treat. The Paul Robeson cake dessert has an easy recipe, and a person can easily master it withoutexperienced in confectionery wisdom. First you need to bake cakes. To do this, sift the flour and add cocoa powder to it. In a separate bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar, add condensed milk. When the sugar crystals dissolve, you can gradually introduce the mixture into the flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Bake the cake in a parchment-lined form for half an hour at 180 degrees. Take it out of the mold and let it cool down. Now you need to divide the cake into 2-3 cakes.
