We can definitely say that not all desserts made from apples aredietary. The best option is the preparation of the following dishes from these fruits: baked apples, marshmallows, fruit salad, marmalade, sorbet, marshmallows. To prepare the sorbet we need:
- apples - 3 pieces;
- lemon - 3 pieces;
- water - 200 ml;
- vanillin;
- fructose - 150g
Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan and add the juice of one lemon. We peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and add them to the container along with fructose. Simmer for a quarter of an hour. Using a mixer, beat the apples into a puree state and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours. In another container, squeeze the juice from two lemons, vanillin and the remaining water. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil, cool and combine with the apple mixture. We lay out in any available molds (you can insert sticks) and freeze.
Apple-curd dessert
We bring to your attention another interesting and light dessert of apples and cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is better to take not very high fat content in order to get a less high-calorie dish. To prepare it, we need quite a few ingredients:
- 3 apples;
- a little liquor;
- 2, 5 tbsp. l. sugar;
- vanilla;
- a glass of cottage cheese.
Put the apples cut into small cubes in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar on top. Simmer over low heat until they are soft. Cottage cheese, together with vanilla and a small amount of sugar, grind with a blender. Let's prepare beautiful tall glasses - we will put our apple dessert in them. Put a small layer of cottage cheese on the bottom, put a layer of apples on it and pour a little liquor. Put the cottage cheese again in the next layer, then apples and liquor, repeat the procedure a few more times. You will end up with about six layers. You can sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Let the dessert cool slightly before serving.
Spicy dessert
We recommend cooking a very unusual apple dessert in a hurry. It cooks very quickly so it doesn't take too long to cook. It turns out a very tasty dish with a spicy taste. Take:
- five apples;
- 1 tbsp l. fuck;
- s alt;
- glass of yogurt;
- 4 tbsp. l. cranberries (fresh or frozen);
- ground cloves;
- 4 tsp Calvados (liquor);
- cinnamon;
- pepper.
My apples, put one aside, and cut the rest into two parts, remove the core and pulp. We get original cups from fruits. We peel the reserved apple from the peel and seeds and combine it with the pulp from the rest of the apples, grind in a blender. In the finished puree, add cinnamon, cloves, yogurt, pepper, calvados, lingonberries, and horseradish. S alt and pepper to taste. Let's prepare leaves of parchment paper for baking and put fruit and berry puree on it with a layer of about 4-7 millimeters and level with a spatula. Dry in the open air, in good weather for about a week. If you do not have such an opportunity, you can dry it in the oven. It will take about three to four hours, at a temperature of up to 100 degrees and with the oven door slightly ajar. - cinnamon - ½ tsp;
- stevia - 1 tsp;
- apples - 4 pieces.
Heat the oven to a temperature of 90-95 degrees. We cut the washed apples into thin slices, carefully remove the middle from them. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, place apple circles in one layer, sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia on top. Drying continues for an hour and a half, then turn the apples over to the other side and dry for another hour. After that, turn off the oven and leave the apple chips for a few more hours or even overnight. Store in a sealed container.
Apple marmalade

Not everyone dares to cook this simple apple dessert at home, they consider it a rather difficult task. In fact, its preparation is not worth much effort. A hand-made marshmallow is much tastier and he althier than store-bought. Components:
- 4 large apples;
- 725g sugar;
- egg white;
- 8 g agar-agar;
- 15g vanilla sugar;
- 160 ml water.
Preparing an apple dessert according to the recipe: peel and cut the fruit into slices, bake in the oven or in the microwave until soft. We prepare mashed potatoes from them, set aside 250 g, add vanilla sugar and 250 g of sugar into it, let it cool well. Leave apples with sugar until morning. In the morning they will give a lot of juice, and almost all the sugar will dissolve. We put to cook on a small fire, bring to a boil, hold for 5 minutes, and then turn off the stove. We leave our apples alone for a few hours.
