There is another good recipe for harvesting this product for the winter - mushroom caviar. It will require:
- boiled pigs - 2 kg;
- onion - 4-5 pieces;
- two carrots;
- three tomatoes;
- three cloves of garlic;
- bell pepper - 1/2 kg;
- sunflower oil - 150 g;
- sugar - 20 g;
- s alt - 30 g;
- vinegar.
