- Drain the syrup from the pineapple jar and put the pork in it for 20 minutes.
- Grate cheese.
- Put the meat on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, s alt and pepper.
- Place pineapple rings on top, brush them with sour cream.
- Pour a little syrup from the jar (about two tablespoons) into the bottom of the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle portions with grated cheese and bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven. The dish should be golden brown.
Remove the finished dish from the oven and serve on a plate on lettuce leaves.
How to cook pork loin
For this dish you will need:
- 2 kg pork loin with bone;
- canned pineapple (six rings);
- tbsp almond flakes;
- tablespoon grated cheese;
- three cloves of garlic;
- freshly ground pepper;
- three tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- s alt.
Cooking process:
- Cut the loin into pieces without reaching the bone.
- Grate meat with minced garlic, s alt and pepper.
- Grease with mayonnaise between the pieces and on top. Leave to marinate for two hours (ideally refrigerate overnight).
- Drain the syrup from the pineapple jar.
- Prepare a suitable size foil, grease with oil and place the loin on it. Insert pineapple rings between the pieces, wrap the meat in foil.
- Bake in the ovenan hour and a half at 180 degrees.
- Unfold the foil, reduce the heat, put in the oven for another ten minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and flaked almonds and cook for about three more minutes.
Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh herbs. Almond petals can be replaced with sesame.

- four 200g pork steaks;
- 250g cheese;
- 250g canned pineapple.
For the marinade you will need to take:
- pineapple juice;
- garlic;
- thyme;
- olive oil;
- black pepper;
