How to:

- Divide it into two parts so that one is twice as big as the other.
- Roll out most of it, put on a baking sheet or in a mold, form sides. Spread the blueberry jam over the dough and spread it evenly throughoutreservoir.
- Roll out a small piece of dough and cut into strips about a centimeter wide. Lay strips of dough on top of the jam in the form of a lattice.

What you need for the test:
- flour - 150 g;
- egg - one piece;
- cottage cheese - 50 grams;

- baking powder - ½ teaspoon.
For stuffing:
- sugar - 3 table. spoons;
- vanilla sugar - bag;
- sour cream - tablespoon;
- egg - one piece;
- cottage cheese - 250 grams.
For the top layer:
- gelatin - teaspoon;
- blueberry jam - 200 grams;
- water - approximately 25 ml.
How to:
- Mix the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese and grind well with a fork.
- Melt the butter, cool, send to the prepared mixture, mix.
- Sift flour, pour baking powder into it, mix.
- Pour the flour into the curd mass and knead the dough. Knead until it starts to fall behind your hands. The dough should be tender and soft.
- Prepare a baking dish, put the dough into it, level it to form the sides.
- Prepare the filling: combine the egg, cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar and mix until the mass becomes homogeneous and airy. It shouldn't be liquid. You can add poppy seeds to the curd filling, but if you don’t like this option, leave it as it is.
- Put the filling on the dough, spread it evenly.
- Preheat the oven, put the mold in it and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
While the pastry is cooking, you can start preparing the top layer - filling.
Procedure:
- Pour gelatin with boiled cold water and leave for 15 minutes.
- When the gelatin swells, put it on the stove and heat until it dissolves completely. Avoid boiling.
- Remove the gelatin from the stove, put the jam into it and mix.
When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven. Cottage cheese should be browned, the dough should become golden. Pour the filling over the cottage cheese and put the cake in the refrigerator overnight (at least 5 hours).
