  • gelatin - teaspoon;
  • blueberry jam - 200 grams;
  • water - approximately 25 ml.

How to:

  1. Mix the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese and grind well with a fork.
  2. Melt the butter, cool, send to the prepared mixture, mix.
  3. Sift flour, pour baking powder into it, mix.
  4. Pour the flour into the curd mass and knead the dough. Knead until it starts to fall behind your hands. The dough should be tender and soft.
  5. Prepare a baking dish, put the dough into it, level it to form the sides.
  6. Prepare the filling: combine the egg, cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar and mix until the mass becomes homogeneous and airy. It shouldn't be liquid. You can add poppy seeds to the curd filling, but if you don’t like this option, leave it as it is.
  7. Put the filling on the dough, spread it evenly.
  8. Preheat the oven, put the mold in it and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

While the pastry is cooking, you can start preparing the top layer - filling.
