Things to prepare in advance:
- Berries. Strawberries must be ripe, sepal-free, thoroughly washed.
- Tara. For the fermentation process you needprepare a large glass bottle. Further storage can be done in jars, a decanter, or the same large container that was used to make strawberry liqueur.
- Water lock. This simple device is needed for the successful fermentation of the product.
Make it yourself with a plastic cap that needs to be punched. Insert a flexible tube into the resulting hole, seal the hole with resin, plasticine, sealant or other insulating compound. Too difficult? Then prepare a latex glove that will be worn on the neck of the strawberry liqueur.

Recipe for strawberry liqueur at home

Strain the product through cheesecloth or sieve. Pour into bottles or decanters.
