Start cooking by rubbing the potatoes on a fine grater, and then add two tablespoons of flour to the resulting mass, break one egg, pepper and s alt. You can add a pinch if needed.soda. Mix everything thoroughly.

From this mixture we form pancakes, which we fry until crispy. In parallel, fry the pork in another pan, after cutting it into small pieces. As soon as the meat is browned, you should add finely chopped onion, pepper and s alt. When the onion is also browned, pour in the ketchup and sour cream, simmer under a closed lid for about five minutes.

Grease the pots with butter, put the potato pancakes in the first layer, meat with sauce on top, then potato pancakes again, and then the sauce again. We put the pots in a preheated oven for half an hour. Bake at 180 degrees.
