Preparation of dough and minced meat

While the dish is being formed on the baking sheet, the oven should already be preheating. The temperature is 190 degrees. Cooking time for pancakes with minced meat is 30 minutes. You can determine that the dish is ready by the blush on the bottom layer of the potato pancake. As soon as it is reddened, the oven can be turned off.
