- a third kilo of finely chopped prunes;

The dish is laid out in layers, preferably in portioned bowls, to preserve beauty. Ham sticks are laid out along the bottom of the dishes; it must be smeared with mayonnaise. This dish has a very well-chosen food combination that makes it just melt in your mouth. So it truly deserves its name. You need to collect in layers, spreading each with mayonnaise, in this order:
- Chicken, boiled and cut into cubes or strips - 300 grams.
- Steamed, strained and striped prunes - 150 grams.
- Walnuts, crushed into large crumbs - 50 grams (this layer is not smeared).
- Five hard-boiled egg whites, coarsely grated.
- Fresh cucumber cut into strips.
The top of the slide is sprinkled with finely grated yolks. You can eat chicken salad with nuts no earlier than after two hours of standing at the bottom of the refrigerator. Without this step, all flavors will not be revealed.

Ham (150 g) is cut into strips, the same amount of cheese is rubbed. Three eggs are hard-boiled, peeled and cut - not into cubes, as usual, but into strips. Walnuts are ground; in crushed form, they should be about half a glass.
The salad should be collected in layers: ham sprinkled with nuts and smeared with mayonnaise, then eggs, also with nuts and grease, then mushrooms - sprinkled with nuts, no mayonnaise is needed - and a cheese coating sprinkled with nut crumbs and with a beautiful grid of that or mayonnaise. You can decorate with strips of ham and sprigs of greens. The dish should be completely soaked, so it is better to make it in the evening.
Ondessert
Children don't have to prepare complex, heavy and not very useful cakes and pastries for the holiday. No less, and maybe more, your offspring will be pleased with a fruit salad with nuts. Products for it can be bought at any supermarket, and if there are none, it is quite possible to use your imagination and find a replacement for them.
Dried apricots and raisins are soaked until soft, kiwi, orange and banana are peeled, pips are removed from plums, cores are removed from pears and apples, walnuts are crushed - it can be large to be felt in the salad, it can be small - if children do not too fond of such pieces. Products are finely cut and seasoned with natural yogurt. If you want more beauty, use transparent bowls and lay the salad in layers.
