Base kneading

Before you make a yeast open jam pie, you need to prepare the dough. For this it is necessarycombine warm water (boiled) with milk, and then dissolve the yeast in granules and granulated sugar in them. 16 minutes after laying out the ingredients, they need to add melted butter (be sure to cool!) And a beaten egg. Also, a pinch of s alt and light flour should be added to the base. Mixing the ingredients for a long time, you should get a soft and slightly sticky dough to the palms.
