It is not so important, however, who its creator is, the main thing is that it is common on the territory of Russia. True, modern housewives do not bother modeling and prefer to purchase factory-made products. Of course, on the shelves of stores before the eyes of the consumer appears a rich selection of dumplings with various fillings.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to talk about the quality and freshness of such a treat. Homemade dumplings with meat, potatoes, cheese and other ingredients are, of course, beyond any competition. - a kilo of boiled beef;
- 500g onion;
- garlic head;
- dill and parsley;

- warm filtered water - 1 cup;
- 50ml sunflower oil;
- flour - 500 grams;
- s alt, dessert spoon of granulated sugar.
Step by step guide
First, prepare the minced meat: finely chop the onion, saute in oil until golden brown. Skip the pre-boiled beef through a meat grinder along with garlic. We send fried onions, chopped greens, spices to the meat mass. Cover with cling film and proceed to kneading the dough.
In a deep container, beat the eggs, pour in water, add sugar, s alt. Pour flour through a sieve until the mass becomes homogeneous and elastic. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour, otherwise the dough will become tough. At the end, pour in sunflower oil. Mix thoroughly. Let it brew for 10 minutes under a towel, preferably in a warm place.

- fat - 50 g;
- white cabbage - 200 g;
- onions - 3 small heads;

- chicken egg;
- sunflower oil - 30 ml;
- glasses of water;
- flour - 200 g;
- s alt.
Instructions
Sift the flour, make a small depression in the middle, pour in the water. Separately, beat the egg, mix with s alt, combine withflour mixture, add butter and mix well. To facilitate this process, grease your hands with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, let's take care of the filler. Cut the onion into small cubes, lightly fry. Chop the cabbage into thin strips and add to the onion. Let's add a little. Simmer until cabbage softens. Pass the pork with lard through a meat grinder, combine with the vegetable mass. The filling for dumplings with meat should not fall apart.
If the stuffing is too dry, then beat in an egg, it will hold the mixture together. It remains to roll out the dough thinly, cut into circles, fill with stuffing and boil. The recipe can be interpreted if desired.
With minced chicken and potatoes

- half a kilo of chicken fillet;
- three hundred grams of potatoes;
- butter - 50 g;
- three onions of any variety;
- two eggs;
- two cups of flour;

- pork and ground beef or meat in the amount of 400 grams;
- sauerkraut - 250 g;
- two onions;
- three cloves of garlic;

Ingredients for dough for 500 grams of flour:
- two chicken eggs;
- 180ml warm water, preferably filtered;
- a pinch of s alt;
- vegetable oil - 30-50 ml.
