Product List:

Cooking:

  1. Place chicken pieces in a pot of water. Boil. At the very end, the broth must be s alted.
  2. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. We send to the pan with the broth. And pieces of chicken, on the contrary, we get. The meat is separated from the bones. What's next? Return the chicken to the broth. Cook until potatoes soften.
  3. Now add grated carrots and a quarter of onion to the future soup. Let's take 5 minutes. We launch the next ingredient - vermicelli. After another 5 minutes, add the egg to the broth. We mix. Let the liquid boil a little.

Required ingredients:

Practical part:

  1. Separate the whites and yolks from each other. We distribute them in different bowls. Beat the whites with a whisk.
  2. Select and wash the rice. Then it must be scalded with boiling water. Pour enough water into the saucepan. S alt. We are waiting for the moment of boiling. Now we fall asleep rice. We cook it until fully cooked. After that, it should be infused for 15-20 minutes. What are the next steps? Add egg yolks to rice. Stir.
  3. Into a bowl of whipped egg whites, add chicken broth and lemon juice. We whip everything. In the resulting mass, add the previously boiled rice and grated cheese. Mix again. Pour all this into a saucepan. We put it on the stove. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, turn off the heat. Egg soup should stand for several minutes with the lid closed. Then pour it into serving bowls. You can decorate the egg soup with a parsley leaf. The first dish is hearty and high-calorie. Therefore, the use of mayonnaise or sour cream as a dressing is undesirable.
