  • 2 tsp baking powder;
  • 30g butter;
  • spices (pepper, s alt).

Cooking:

  1. A piece of butter must be taken out of the refrigerator. Let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature. In the meantime, we will boil the egg.
  2. Chicken fillet cut into pieces. We pass them through a meat grinder. Add chopped onion to minced meat. S alt. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. We also put a loaf softened in water there. Mix by hand.
  3. Let's do the stuffing for cutlets. On a grater with small holes, grate the cheese and egg. Add oil and chopped parsley. Stir with a fork.
  4. Back tominced meat. Let's start making meatballs. I put some stuffing on my hands. We form a cake. In its center we place 1 tbsp. l. fillings. The result is a cutlet with an egg and cheese. Required ingredients:

  • 1/3 of a loaf;
  • large onion;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • crackers for breading - 6 tbsp. l.;
  • 400g minced meat (pork + beef);
  • 100 ml vegetable oil;
  • spices;
  • 20 quail eggs;
  • greens.

Cooking instructions

Step 1. Beef and pork (equal amount) cut into pieces. We twist through a meat grinder. Add the loaf soaked in water, chopped onion and chicken eggs to the minced meat. S alt. Sprinkle with your favorite spices.

Step 2. Quail eggs are placed in a pot of water. We put on fire. We are waiting for the moment of boiling. Now we mark 5 minutes. That's how long the eggs are boiled. We take them out of the pot. When they are completelycool, remove the shell.
