  1. Place flour, s alt, paprika, garlic powder and oil in a large bowl. Postpone.
  2. Grate the cheese in a food processor equipped with a shredding disc or with a grater.
  3. Combine cheese with flour mixture, stir.
  4. Break the flour, cheese and butter mixture into coarse crumbs. The easiest way to do this is with a food processor.
  5. Slowly adding water, knead the dough until a firm ball is formed.
  6. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle 3-4 mm thick. Make sure it fits on a standard baking sheet.
  7. Fold the dough without removing the parchment and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C.
