  • one and a half glasses of yogurt;
  • two and a half cups of flour;
  • 3 chicken eggs;

  • apples - 3;
  • 40 gr. coconut flakes (can be store-bought or grated on your own);
  • 40 gr. chocolate;
  • 4 tbsp. l. condensed milk.

Cooking process

  • in a deep bowl, mix kefir, sugar powder, condensed milk and break eggs;
  • mix everything properly. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder;
  • stir everything again;
  • peel apples and cut into small pieces;

  • as soon as the onion becomes soft, pour in the coconut milk and leave to cook for the same amount of time, also without stopping stirring;
  • after the specified time, add potatoes;
  • mix and pour in water. Continue to cook on low heat for 30 minutes;

  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 100 gr. powdered sugar;
  • 100 milliliters of water.

  • kefir, sour milk or yogurt - a glass;
  • one chicken egg;
  • 280 grams of sugar;
  • 10 grams baking powder;
  • one and a half cups of flour;
  • 100 grams of fresh or store-bought coconut flakes;
  • a packet of vanilla sugar;
  • high-fat cream - 200 milliliters.

Cooking

First you need to prepare the chips. This is only done if a whole coconut is used. The required amount of coconut is processed on a grater. Sift flour. Next:

  • break an egg into a deep bowl;
  • add 140 grams of sugar, kefir, baking powder and sifted flour;
  • mix everything properly until a mass of homogeneous consistency is obtained. Ideally, you should get a dough similar to that from which pancakes are prepared;
  • mix coconut flakes with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mix;
