Now spread the mass into molds, filling them with a maximum of threequarters and place in the oven. Cook muffins for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Chop the bananas in a blender or mash with a fork to a puree consistency. Thisalso send the gruel to the egg mixture.
In another bowl, combine all dry products: cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. Be sure to pass this mixture through a sieve. Then add the dry mass to the liquid ingredients. Stir the muffin batter until smooth and smooth.
Distribute the prepared mass evenly over the prepared cupcake tins. You can use any containers: iron, paper, silicone, it is only important to process them correctly. Disposable forms do not need to be specially prepared. But it is advisable to grease iron or silicone containers with a piece of butter.
