Do not forget about the most important ingredient - pears (3 pieces). Start by whisking sugar and butter until smooth. Then add cottage cheese, vanilla and eggs. We mix everything thoroughly. Now add flour mixed with baking powder.
You should get a homogeneous, not too steep dough. We spread it in a pre-greased form. Peeled and sliced pears are placed in the dough at some intervals in random order. All pears are peeled.
Cut half of them into cubes, and the remaining three with a grater. Pour lemon juice over fruits so that they do not change their color. For this you will need: 315 grams of milk, a mixture of spices, 25 grams of sugar, a little lemon peel, 210 grams of sugar, 255 grams of honey, a pinch of s alt, 195 grams of brown sugar, 4 eggs, 245 grams of flour and 140grams of buckwheat flour. We take out the pears from mulled wine, dry them slightly and cut them into pieces. Beat butter with sugar, honey and s alt. Then add eggs and all ingredients. We mix everything. We put the pears and evenly distribute them in the dough. We spread the dough into molds, and sprinkle with nuts on top. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. A cupcake with whole pears is, of course, original. But here the taste of fruit is distributed more evenly.

You can quickly cook your favorite delicacy in a slow cooker. To do this, take 2 eggs, 1.5 cups of sifted flour, 3 medium-sized pears, 1 cup of sugar, 50 grams of butter, 1 cup of kefir, a large spoonful of lemon juice and baking powder.
