Required ingredients:
- 200 g flour;
- 200g ricotta;
- two eggs;
- 180g sugar;
- 80 g butter, of which 10 g for greasing the multicooker bowl;
- three apples;
- two small spoons of baking powder;
- half a lemon;
- a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Preparing a pie in a slow cooker:
- Peel apples, cut two into cubes, one into even slices. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour over the cubes. Grind a small amount of zest and add to chopped apples.
- Crack eggs, add sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and beat. Mix softened butter with ricotta and combine with egg-sugar mixture. Sift the flour and gradually add to the prepared mixture, stirring with a spoon.

- Mix softened butter with sour cream, egg, sugar and baking powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth, then add flour and knead the dough. It should be soft, but not sticky. Divide it into six parts and roll them into balls. Wrap each separately in cling film and put in the freezer.
- Ricotta mix with eggs and powdered sugar and grind. Add semolina, vanillin and beat with a mixer.
