Dough:

Cooking pies

Form pies
Chop all the filling ingredients until smooth using a blender. Now, according to the recipe for bean patties, you need to return to the test. The risen dough must be kneaded again and divided into ten equal parts. Shape them into balls and cover again with foil. Set them aside for another fifteen minutes. All preparations are over, and you can begin to form pies directly from the dough and filling.
Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out a small oblong cake from each ball on it. Spread the bean filling in the center and carefully pinch the edges of the dough. Form the rest of the oval pies in the same way. Next, place parchment paper on the bottom of the baking sheet and grease it with oil. Spread the prepared pies on a baking sheet,leaving a small distance between them. Let the pies rest for another twenty minutes. Then beat one egg with a whisk and grease all the pies well.
Send the baking sheet to the oven. Pies will be ready in twenty minutes at an oven temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. Transfer the browned puffy pies with beans to a dish and serve slightly cooled. Soft pastries stuffed with beans are tasty and nutritious. It may well replace a full dinner.

Cooking according to the recipe
First you need to prepare a soft and elastic dough for pies with beans. In a bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough, pour kefir and pour soda. Stir and add sugar, vegetable oil, s alt and eggs in turn. Beat with a blender, and then add the sifted flour in small portions and knead a soft dough. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the cooked dough rest.
