We chop the onion head into a small cube, pour ½ part of the oil into the pan and brown the onion on it. Add chopped mushrooms, s alt and pepper to it and fry for 15 minutes.   • forest mushrooms (or champignons) - 400 g;
  • cheese mayonnaise - 300g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 300 g;
  • mustard - 30g;
