This treat will certainly be appreciated by all those who cannot imagine their life without meat products. Ham and cheese are two ingredients that create an amazing harmony of taste. And if these products are between slices of toasted bread, then there will be no one indifferent at the sight of sandwiches at all!

To make three crispy toasts you will need:

  • 75 grams of ham;
  • 45 grams of cheese, sliced;
  • six squares of toast;
  • 20-30 grams of butter;
  • vegetable or olive oil - for greasing the pan.

Crispy Sandwich Making Guide

Turn a piece of ham with a sharp knife into rings of equal width.

Send the grill pan to the stove and heat well. Using a silicone brush, grease the ribs of the dish with vegetable (olive) oil. Place the bread slices on the heated pan. Fry the ingredient for several minutes until golden brown on one side. Remove the bread from the pan.

Spread each square with butter from the fried side. Place the prepared ring of ham on three slices of bread, and then a slice of cheese. Cover with the second square (buttered side in) and lightly press with your hand.

Send the resulting sandwiches back to the heated grill pan. Fry on both sides until each of them acquires a beautiful golden hue. Put ready-made toasts with cheese and ham on serving plates. If desired, each square can be cut into two parts (diagonally) - this way it is more convenient to eat sandwiches.

Rinse the parsley, pat dry with a kitchen towel, then chop finely.

Melt the butter in the microwave or over low heat. Pass the peeled garlic clove through a press. Combine the resulting gruel with melted butter.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a pastry brush, brush each square with garlic oil, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the product.

In fact, there are a great many recipes for toast today. To make cheese sandwiches even tastier, you just need to add the ingredients that family members like best. Here are just a few examples:

  • Instead of ham, you can use raw smoked or boiled sausage, boiled or smoked chicken, turkey or beef.
  • Replacing the parsley with a mixture of Provence or Italian herbs will make sandwiches even more fragrant and original.
  • Butter can be excluded from the list of required ingredients. Mayonnaise, sour cream or any white sauce will successfully replace it.
  • Fresh veggies can also add variety to the look and taste of toast. For example, tomatoes, bell peppers or cucumbers do a great job.
