- 350 boneless meat (pork);
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

Cooking the dish:
- Cut the pork into cubes.
- Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.
- Cut mushrooms into slices.
- In a cauldron, fry the pieces of meat in vegetable oil.

- Add in five more minutesmushrooms, s alt, pour seasoning for pilaf and mix.
- Rinse rice and put in a cauldron, then pour in water.
Cover the container with a lid and simmer the contents until fully cooked over low heat.

To prepare lean pilaf with champignons, you need to take:
- one and a half cups of rice;
- onion;
- half a kilo of champignon mushrooms;
- carrot;
- two cloves of garlic;
- three tablespoons of olive oil;
- ground pepper and s alt.
Cooking pilaf:
- Rinse the rice thoroughly in a colander under the tap until the water is clear.
- Pour rice with clean water in a ratio of 1 to 2.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut each one into quarters.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and fry.
- Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots and add to the mushrooms when they start to fry. Cook three minutes.
- Drain the water from the rice and put it in the pan.
- Add garlic, pepper and s alt to the cooking.
- Pour in water so that it covers the contents of the pan by 1 centimeter.
- Close the dishes and simmer under the lid until cooked. This will take approximately 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished pilaf with mushrooms with fresh herbs.
With vegetables
For lovers of vegetables and he althy food, this pilaf with champignons is perfect. It will require the following ingredients:
- 200 g champignons;
- 300g rice;
- two carrots;
- two heads of garlic;
- two sweet peppers;
- seasoning for pilaf;
- s alt.
Cooking order:
- Cut vegetables: mushrooms into slices, onions into half rings, peppers and carrots into strips.
- Put mushrooms and peppers in a pan, s alt and fry for five minutes.
- Separately sauté onions and carrots for seven minutes. Then put whole rice and garlic on top of them. Pour vegetables with rice with water (0.5 l), s alt and pour seasoning for pilaf. When the water boils, cover the dish, reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
- A couple of minutes before the readiness, put the champignons and pepper into the pilaf and mix.
It remains only to arrange a fragrant and spicy dish on plates.
In the slow cooker
You can cook any dish in a slow cooker, so pilaf is no exception. Ingredients you will need:
- 300 g mushrooms;
- 300g rice;
- carrot;
- bulb;
- one and a half heads of garlic;
- vegetable oil;
- barberry, zira;
- pepper, s alt.
Cooking order:
- Cut the onion into cubes, slice the mushrooms, grate the carrots.
- Sauté onions in sunflower oil until translucent.
- Add carrots and mushrooms to the onion and continue cooking for another five minutes.
- S alt, put garlic cloves whole and fry until tender.
- Put the vegetables in the multicooker bowl,add rice and water.
- Set the "Pilaf" mode and cook until the beep.
With chicken
Great idea for pilaf with mushrooms and chicken meat. Cook in a cauldron or deep frying pan. For him you need to cook:
- 300g chicken fillet;
- 150 g champignons;
- 120g steamed rice;
- onion;
- carrot;

- pepper and s alt.
How to cook pilaf:
- Dice chicken breast, onion rings, mushroom slices, grate carrots.

Pilaf with champignon mushrooms and pearl barley deserves attention no less than the classic one with rice. This original version will require the following products:
- 150 g champignons;
- 100 pearl barley;
- sunflower oil;
- two onions, carrots;
- spices (s alt and pepper).
Cooking order:
- boil pearl barley until half cooked.
- Cut the onion into thin rings, grate the carrots.
- In a cauldron, fry the onion in sunflower oil, when it becomes transparent, add carrots to it.
- Boil mushrooms in water (five minutes), then add to the onions and carrots and continue cooking for another ten minutes.
- Last pearl barley is added to the cauldron. The contents of the dishes are filled with water, s alt and pepper are poured.
- Simmer the dish covered for 40 minutes.
This everyday dish is easy to make. At the same time, purely mushroom options are no worse than meat options and are quite satisfying.
