Cooking the dish:

  1. Cut the pork into cubes.
  2. Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.
  3. Cut mushrooms into slices.
  4. In a cauldron, fry the pieces of meat in vegetable oil.
  5. When they are golden brown, add onions and carrots to them and continue frying.

  7. Rinse rice and put in a cauldron, then pour in water.

  • half a kilo of champignon mushrooms;
  • carrot;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • three tablespoons of olive oil;

Cooking pilaf:

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly in a colander under the tap until the water is clear.
  2. Pour rice with clean water in a ratio of 1 to 2.

For lovers of vegetables and he althy food, this pilaf with champignons is perfect. It will require the following ingredients:

  • 200 g champignons;
  • 300g rice;
  • two carrots;
  • two heads of garlic;
  • two sweet peppers;
  • seasoning for pilaf;
  • s alt.

Cooking order:

  1. Cut vegetables: mushrooms into slices, onions into half rings, peppers and carrots into strips.
  2. Put mushrooms and peppers in a pan, s alt and fry for five minutes.
  3. Separately sauté onions and carrots for seven minutes. Then put whole rice and garlic on top of them. Pour vegetables with rice with water (0.5 l), s alt and pour seasoning for pilaf. When the water boils, cover the dish, reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

  • 300g rice;

Cooking order:

  1. boil pearl barley until half cooked.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings, grate the carrots.
  3. In a cauldron, fry the onion in sunflower oil, when it becomes transparent, add carrots to it.
  4. Boil mushrooms in water (five minutes), then add to the onions and carrots and continue cooking for another ten minutes.
  5. Last pearl barley is added to the cauldron. The contents of the dishes are filled with water, s alt and pepper are poured.
  6. Simmer the dish covered for 40 minutes.
