- If you are not going to cook right away, then hand-made pasta can be wrapped in film and stored in the refrigerator for a week, but no more. If you put it in the freezer, then the month will last without damage.
Chicken Breast Pasta: Basic Recipe
Here is an easy and very good recipe for beginners. Pasta with chicken breast and tomatoes is quite suitable for everyday home cooking. But if you wish, you can also feed dear guests with this unpretentious, but nutritious and satisfying, very beautiful and tasty dish. We will need: a pound of chicken breasts, a couple of large tomatoes, a couple of sweet bell peppers, vegetable oil, dry herbs, s alt and spices to taste. Well, pasta, of course (spaghetti, pasta, spiral, noodles, as options) - homemade or store-bought.
Cooking easy
- Cut the chicken into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil in a large frying pan (you can take a wok) not too long, less than 10 minutes, so that the breast is covered with a blush.
- Next, cut the bell pepper (peeled) into quarter rings. Mix with the breast and fry in the same place for about five minutes.
- Then we pour the tomatoes well with hot water to remove the peel (but thisprocedure can be skipped). Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in the mixture in the pan, mix well.
- Close the lid and simmer for another ten minutes. And then s alt to taste, add spices and dry herbs.
- Now let the gas station stand and simmer for another five minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta.
- Appetizing dish is ready: it remains to mix dressing and pasta. By the way, some prefer not to do this, but serve the dressing in a separate bowl, pouring spaghetti directly on the plate with it.
In cream sauce
Pasta with chicken breast and mushrooms in a creamy sauce is also very easy to prepare. The secret is the sauce. And, of course, mushrooms must be added to the basic ingredients.
