What you need:
- beef pulp - about 1 kg;
- pack (25 grams) of gelatin;
- boiled chicken egg - 1 piece;

Technology
To prepare beef aspic, at the very beginning put gelatin to soak. Fill it with a glass of cold water and leave for an hour. During this time, prepare the meat and vegetables. Wash and peel the carrots. Rinse the meat and pour cold water (about 2.5 liters), add carrots to it, put bay leaves, s alt and cook for 2 hours. Remove carrots as soon as they are ready. Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the broth and set to cool. Strain the liquid. Immediately add gelatin to it. Return to heat, bring to a boil and turn off immediately. You don't need to boil. Cut boiled carrots and eggs into neat circles. Cut the meat into even portionspieces across the fibers. Put the meat, greens, olives, egg into the jellied form. Lay out the ingredients nicely. Pour in the broth and leave to set in the refrigerator.

- a piece of beef (or veal) weighing about 500 grams;

- packs (40 grams) of gelatin;
- bay leaf and cloves;

Strain the broth and set to cool.

The meat is baked. We take it out of the oven and cut it into neat pieces of the same size. Divide them into bowls or serving bowls. Lay slices of boiled carrots, eggs, parsley leaves around. Fill with jelly.
7 step
Put the meat in the refrigerator. In a few hours, the aspic beef will be ready. Serve to the table, decorating the dish to your liking.
