Mushroom salad is an excellent dish prepared in haste. There are several variations of this salad.

We will also introduce you to other mushroom salads that we don’t often remember when preparing a festive table.

Salad with pickled mushrooms

For its preparation we need:

  • canned peas;
  • a few hard-boiled chicken eggs;
  • a glass of mayonnaise, homemade if possible;
  • 200 grams of canned mushrooms (you can take any, but not mushrooms);
  • three hundred grams of hard cheese;
  • onion head or green bunch.

Let's start cooking "Mushrooms" salad with pickled mushrooms.

Already boiled and peeled eggs cool and finely cut into cubes. Mushrooms cut into small pieces, if they are large. If there are small mushrooms in the jar, you do not need to cut them.

First of all, wash and clean the mushrooms. Then dry them on a paper towel. This is the case if you are preparing a salad with champignons. In the case of forest mushrooms, the process of preparing products will be somewhat delayed. Wild mushroom must be cleaned and washed well in several waters, it also needs to be boiled before frying.

After that, put parchment paper in a preheated oven, and put mushrooms on it. Pour them with sunflower oil, pepper and s alt. Bake the mushrooms until they are soft. Vegetable oil can be replaced with olive oil.

After cooking, take out the mushrooms, put them on a plate, pour over the lemon juice, the remaining oil. S alt if necessary and sprinkle with finely choppeddill. Garlic can be added if desired.

  • bunch of fresh dill;
  • a few carrots;
  • 2 processed cheese;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • 2 chicken eggs;

The dish should be flat and in no case deep, since in the future the salad must be turned over so that the bottom layer becomes the top one. Lay out the first layer of mushrooms with caps down (as close as possible to each other).

Put pickled onions on top of them.

At the same time, do not forget that we coat each layer of lettuce with mayonnaise.

Next, put the grated carrots, and on top of it - pieces of meat.

Spread pickled cucumbers in the next layer. On them - eggs, then grated potatoes and melted cheese.

We send the finished salad to the refrigerator overnight so that it is well soaked.

After we take it out, with the help of the second plate (the salad will be served on it), we turn it over so that the mushrooms are on top. Now sprinkle the top layer with finely chopped dill. The dish can be served on the table. The salad looks like a mushroom field, hence the name.

It is prepared quickly and easily.

Products:

  • two chicken eggs;
  • one hundred grams of crab sticks half a small pack;
  • three hundred grams of champignons;
  • onion head;
  • mayonnaise for salad dressing;
  • sunflower oil.

First, wash and clean the mushrooms. Then we clean the onion. Cut both ingredients and send to fry.

We do the same with already boiled and chopped eggs.

Add fried mushrooms with onions to them.

Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. If necessary, it can be further s alted. Remember that crab sticks and mayonnaise are quite s alty on their own.

Egg Mushrooms

This dish is more like an appetizer than a salad. Cooking for four people.

Ingredients:

  • ten chicken eggs;
  • bunch of fresh parsley;
  • one jar of cod liver;
  • brewing black tea without additives;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking a snack

Boil hard-boiled eggs and refrigerate them.

Clean and cut in such a way that the upper part will later serve as a mushroom cap.

We get the yolks. Next, brew strong black tea. We filter it from tea leaves into a saucepan and put cut egg whites into it. Put on fire and boil for about fifteen minutes. During this period of time, the protein should turn brown.

Let's start preparing the stuffing for egg mushrooms.

To do this, in a separate container, knead the yolks together with cod liver. You can s alt a little. If this filling does not suit you, then you can make it mushroom.

For this we take:

  • one head of onion;
  • sour cream or heavy cream;
  • oil forfrying;
  • 200 grams of mushrooms.

Mushrooms clean and cut in random order. We do the same with onions. Both ingredients are fried in sour cream or cream. Do not forget them at the end of cooking a little pepper and s alt.

When the mushrooms are ready, they must be left in a cool place. The cooled ingredients should be ground with a meat grinder. A blender will not work for us, as it will turn mushrooms into gruel. After that, add the yolk to the ground mushrooms and mix. Everything, the mushroom filling is ready. Now the salad in the form of mushrooms will match its name to taste.

At the last stage, put parsley leaves on a plate, and between them we place empty squirrels, in which we put the filling. From above we cover them with brown hats. The salad is ready to be served.

In general, the recipe for salad "Mushrooms" can be changed at will. The main thing in this dish is that marinated or fresh mushrooms are present.
