Baking
Preheat your oven to 185 degrees. Take a form about 25x25 cm in size, grease the bottombutter, sprinkle with flour. If you prefer to make muffins rather than a whole white cake, you can take the usual small molds and press paper inserts into them.
In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then add this mixture to the creamy mass and mix well. At the end, add milk little by little until the dough is relatively elastic and smooth. - In a medium bowl, whisk together egg whites, whole milk and vanilla extract. Postpone.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine baking powder with confectionery and plain wheat flour.
- Once the sugar-butter mixture reaches the desired consistency, add approximately half of the sifted dry ingredients.
- Then add the white milk and egg mixture, beating constantly (now on low speed). Periodically turn off the mixer and scrape the mass from the sides of the container to ensure even mixing of the ingredients.
- Once liquid is absorbed, return to bowl with remaining dry ingredients. Add a little to the total mass, each time waiting for all the moisture to disappear, soaked into the dough - it should turn out elastic, silky and boiling white.
- Immediately pour the dough into a mold brushed with sweet butter and sprinkled with semolina or flour.
- Bake in preheated oven for thirty to forty minutes, checking for donenessbiscuit with a toothpick or wooden stick.

- 3 large chicken yolks, brought to room temperature;
- 0, 25 teaspoons potassium tartrate.
The decoration of the white cake will consist mainly of icing. For its preparation you will need:
- 170 g white chocolate (to be cut into large chunks);
- 1, 5 cups fine granulated sugar (brown sugar optional)
- 0, 33 cups plain flour for home baking;
- 1.5 cups whole milk;
- 0, 33 cups of the fattest sour cream;
- 1.5 cups sweetened butter, softened but cold enough to be cut into small pieces;
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract.
For additional decor, you can take white or colored confectionery sprinkles or ready-made mastic decorations, such as petals and buds. White cake with flowers made of plastic sugar dough will add a special chic to any occasion, whether it's a birthday, anniversary or a luxurious wedding.
Creating a masterpiece
- Prepreheat the oven to medium temperature. Butter three 20 cm round biscuit molds with butter, put parchment paper on the bottom, which also needs to be greased with butter or margarine on top. Flour the paper.
- Sift both flours, then combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking mix, baking soda and s alt. Postpone.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer with paddle, beat butter and vegetable fat on medium speed. The consistency of the mixture should become creamy (this will take about 3-4 minutes). Add sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until flaky (about three minutes). Stir, add the egg and beat again until smooth. Turn on low speed. Add flour mixture little by little, alternating with ice water. Stir and again turn on low speed for just a few seconds. Your white cake will consist of these cakes (the recipe is with a photo, so you can estimate the density of the desired consistency from the image).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and cream of tartar. Gently fold into the batter.
- Divide the dough into thirds and bake for 40-45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
White chocolate frosting
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and let it cool.
- In a heavy bottomed saucepan, combine flour and sugar. Add milk and cream, put the mixture on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Pour overmixture into the bowl of a stand mixer and beat on high speed until cool. Then add oil and beat again until smooth. Keep mixer running until frosting is fluffy.
- Add vanilla and white chocolate, beat again until smooth. If the mixture is too soft and runny, let it cool a little and beat again until you reach the desired density. Excessively thickened glaze can be slightly melted in a water bath.
Ready dessert
It remains only to cool the icing for a few minutes in the refrigerator and carefully assemble the cake from white layers, then coat the sides and top of the cake with icing. You can decorate it with ready-made sugar flowers or confectionery sprinkles.
