Based on 2 servings you need to take:
- 0.5 kg mushrooms (fresh, not dried);
- one large onion;
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream (any fat);
- a couple of tarragon leaves;
- bay leaf;
- regular or iodized s alt;
- black pepper (ground).
Cooking process:
1. We wash the mushrooms with water and clean them. Cut into medium-sized pieces, and then spread on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. We add some water. Select the "Extinguishing" mode and set the timer for 40-45 minutes.
2. After the specified time, add sour cream, onion slices and finely chopped greens to the mushrooms. S alt and pepper are allowed at this stage. Potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Cooking process:

We add pieces of onion to it, which will be fried for 15 minutes in the “Baking” mode. Now mushrooms and potatoes are laid out in the bowl. Add half a glass of water.
