- 700 grams of lean meat (beef, pork);

Cooking order
- First you need to prepare the dough for the test. To do this, the yeast must be crushed into warm milk and left until a small cap appears. On average, it takes about 30 minutes. If dry yeast is used instead of fresh, then they will need 3 times less.
- Separately mix the egg, two types of butter (melt butter), sugar and s alt. You can do this with a fork, but you do not need to beat. The cake will rise even without it. Pour diluted yeast into this mass. Mix well.

- Pre-boil the potatoes "in uniform". Cool and clean. Grate on a coarse grater. It is very important not to digest it so that it retains its shape.
- Apples, pears and cheese simply cut into cubes. Don't mix them yet.
- Spread out one layer of dough and cut out a circle from it according to the size of the bowlmulticookers, leaving a little on the sides. Put it in it. Do not throw away the dough scraps.
- Now spread the filling in layers: potatoes, onions, apples and pears, meat and cheese. Sprinkle ground pepper on top, preferably even freshly ground.
