It is made using classical technologies, that is, by secondary fermentation. The drink has a refreshing and harmonious taste and contains about 12.5% alcohol. “Sevastopol” champagne is also popular. It is made exclusively in the Sun Valley, because only there they grow a unique variety of grapes - "ekim kara" and "dzhevat kara". This brand was approved not so long ago - only in 1995, but has already managed to win the recognition of connoisseurs of wine drinks.and win nine gold medals at various international competitions.
