First day:

The starter is ready. You can use it all at once or divide it into two parts. If you want a hearty and delicious breakfast, try this cooking method. To make sourdough pancakes, you will need the following products:

  • Flour - 450 grams.
  • Sourdough - 100 grams.
  • Sugar - two tablespoons.
  • Cold milk - 500 ml.

  • Butter - 50 grams.
  • Sunflower oil - for frying.
  • Soda, s alt - one incomplete teaspoon each.
