First you need to separate the yolks from the protein.
Then beat the yolks with powdered sugar (you need to take two teaspoons).
Add milk and vanilla while beating (milk can be replaced with heavy cream).
Next, pour the prepared mixture into the pre-brewed coffee (espresso), which is already poured into a special heated porcelain cup, as required by etiquette.
At the end, put a lush and fragrant vanilla foam on top of the drink.
