To make this dish for 10 servings, you need to take the following amount of products:
- pork cue ball (loin) - 450 g;
- bell pepper - 150 g (recommended to use red and green);
- hard cheese - 150g;
- ham – 100 g;
- dill - 30 g;
- gelatin - 30g

Cooking process
The process of creating a dish is quite simple, but in order not to get confused about what to do, it is recommended to follow the step-by-step instructions:
1. The cleaned and washed cue ball must be cut into three even pieces, approximately 150 g each.
2. Put the meat between two layers of cling film and beat it hard enough, the thickness should be about 0.4 cm. Sprinkle the meat with the necessary seasonings, add s alt and gelatin.
3. Now you need to prepare the filling. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stem. Rinse it well and cut into thin strips, the same form of cutting should be for ham.
4. Grate hard cheese. Chop the dill very tightly. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in one bowl, then put it on the prepared pieces of meat.
5. Gently roll up a tight pork meatloaf, wrap in foil. Put on a baking sheet, add a small amount of water.
6. Put the semi-finished product in the oven, which was preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.

- pork - 1.5 kg;
- minced pork - 400 g (recommended to take the most lean);
- can of olives;
- eggs - 5 pcs;
- a few garlic cloves;
- greens - 40 g;
- culinary thread.
Spices play a big role in the preparation of every dish. In this case, it is recommended to use paprika, coriander, cardamom, red and black ground pepper. Fans of spicy dishes can also add one hot chili pepper to the filling.
How to cook?
The peritoneum should be washed well, if it is greasy, excess fat should be removed with a knife.
