With pumpkin. The pumpkin needs to be peeled, seeds, cut into pieces, send to boil for 15 minutes in s alted water. Then drain the water, and add the pumpkin cubes to the pre-cooked semolina. Fill the dish with butter.
With jelly. Crush a handful of cranberries with a crush, pour a liter of boiling water. Strain, sweeten to taste, pour 100 ml of fruit drink into a separate glass, send the rest to the stove. Then, with constant stirring, slowly add semolina (140-210 ml, depending on how thick you want to get porridge). Boil for 1-2 minutes, then leave to infuse under the lid.
With cream. For 600 ml of milk, you need to take 200 ml of heavy cream and half a glass of semolina. Add sugar, s alt, vanilla to taste. All ingredients are immediately put into a saucepan and mixed with a whisk. On medium heat, the mixture is brought to a boil, stirring, then the fire is set to minimum and cooked for 5 minutes, not forgetting to stir. Fruit or berries are added to the plates.
Porridge with coconut milk
400 ml of coconut milk should be mixed with 100 ml of cow's milk or water. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
