First thing you need to do tomatoes. It is better to give preference to large fleshy vegetables so that the lecho turns out tastier. Tomatoes should be washed very well and cut into pieces. The base of the stalk is removed, the rest is passed through a meat grinder. Then you need to peel the carrots and chop them. To make the lecho not only tasty and he althy, but also beautiful, it is advised to chop the carrots with a special grater so that the pieces are the same.
Next, the tomato mixture is poured into the multicooker bowl, vegetable oil, s alt and vinegar are added there. The above ingredients are mixed, then carrots are added to them.
