- black pepper;

Steps of creating a roll:
- Peel the fish (both red and white), separate the fillet from the skin and bones and cut into cubes. Put each type of fish into different containers.

- S alt the squids.
- S alt and pepper the fish too and sprinkle with citrus juice.
