- twenty grams of butter.
Preparing dessert
To make this fairly simple and incredibly tasty dessert, you will need to spend about an hour of your time (not taking into account the separate preparation of some components), while not much dirtying the kitchen. For everything to work out correctly, you must follow all the following steps and their order.
- Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool down.
- As in the previous recipe for tiramisu without mascarpone, you need to break the eggs and separate the yolks and whites, spreading them into separate cups.
- Add the indicated amount of sugar to the yolks.
- Start mixing both ingredients until the mass turns white and the sugar is almost completely dissolved. To achieve the desired result faster, you can use a mixer.
- Next, add corn starch, wheat flour, s alt and vanillin to the resulting mass. All contents must be mixed properly again.
- Then heat the milk in a ladle, while not allowing it to boil.
- Next, starting to knead, add one tablespoon of milk to the previously obtained mixture. This approach is necessary so that the yolks do not curl. As soon as the contents warm up due to the milk, you can carefully pour in the rest of the milk, withoutstopping stirring.
- Next, strain the resulting mixture and pour into a bowl in which milk was heated.
- Now start cooking the contents over medium heat, while constantly stirring everything with a whisk. You need to stop the process when the mixture begins to thicken.
- After reaching this stage, set a small fire and, without stopping stirring, continue to cook the cream for another six minutes. The procedure must be stopped when it finally becomes thick and the whisk leaves marks on the surface.
- Next, set the fire to the smallest and, also without stopping stirring the cream, continue to cook it for another two additional minutes. Such a thick consistency will allow the cream to not spread when assembling the dessert, thanks to this you can get clear layers. This is true for those situations when you serve this dessert in a transparent bowl.
- After you have finished preparing the cream, pour it into a separate bowl and add the butter there. Stir until the last is completely dissolved.
- Now this dish needs to be wrapped with cling film. It should fit snugly against the surface of the content. Remove the workpiece and leave until it cools to room temperature. After that, rearrange it in the refrigerator for three hours. It is advisable to leave it there all night.
- Coarsely grate the chocolate.
- Once the cream and coffee have completely cooled, you can collect the dessert itself.
- In the bottom of the dish in which you plan to serve tiramisu, put three tablespoonscream.
- Next, dip the cookies in coffee and put a layer on top of the cream.
