  • water - 50-70 ml.

  1. A head of cabbage is carefully sorted into individual leaves. The most convenient way to do this is as follows. At the head of cabbage, cut off the stalk and cut the upper leaves at the base. A knife or fork with 2 teeth is pierced into the base (it is convenient to pull out a head of cabbage by the handle). Dip the head into a pot of boiling water.
