- 50g walnuts;
- three carrots;
- 1-2 kg boneless pork leg;
- two stem celery;
- 150 g raw smoked bacon (sliced);
- a head of garlic;
- s alt;
- 350g low fat sour cream;
- lean oil (for frying);
- thyme (to taste);
- bay leaf (to taste);
- ground black pepper.
Importantchoose a suitable container for frying in advance. You will need a frying pan according to the parameters of the ham, a lid that must fit snugly against it. You will also need kitchen floss or simple wooden toothpicks.
Do the following:
- Cut the walnuts into large pieces. You can also wrap them in a plastic bag and then tap it with a meat mallet. Do not prick nuts into flour, they should be pleasantly felt in food.

- On the side of the piece of meat that you rubbed, make frequent punctures with a sharp knife. Insert garlic, carrots and celery into each puncture. Alternate vegetables so that it comes out more or less evenly.
- So you stuffed one side of the ham. Now turn it over to another. Pepper this side well too, but you need to s alt quite a bit.
- Baconyou can take whatever you like, to your taste, and even replace it with smoked meats or ham. Spread it in an even layer over the pork, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
