  • one liter of cherry juice;
  • half a liter of water;
  • three hundred grams of granulated sugar;
  • one hundred grams of raisins.

  1. Select the cherries, wash and squeeze the juice.
  2. Dissolve sugar in warm boiled water. Mix the resulting liquid with cherry juice and pour into a container three times as large.
  3. Pour in the same raisins (no need to wash it first). Cover the bottle with a special cap with a hole. Insert a small tube into it, lower the other end into a container of water.
  4. Fermentation will start in two days. The bottle should be kept in a dark place at room temperature for about twenty days.

  6. Pour the clear part into bottles, cork and store in a cool place.

  1. Wash the selected fruits and pour boiling water over them. Then press the mass and leave for four days.
  2. After straining, add lemon juice and sugar to the cherry mixture.
  3. Pour everything into a container, which is closed with an ordinary rubber glove. Leave in a warm, dark place for two weeks.
  4. It is necessary to periodically release the excess air formed during fermentation.
  5. Carefully drain the top without the bottom thick mass. Let the mixture ferment for another two weeks.
  6. Strain the wine through several layers of gauze and leave to infuse in a cool place for a month, covered with a plastic lid.
  7. Pour into containers and lower for storage in the basement or cellar.

Composition

  • an incomplete ten-liter bucket of berries;
  • two kilos of sugar;
  • one and a half liters of water;
  • one liter of vodka.

  1. Squeeze juice from ripe, washed berries. It should be about sevenliters.
  2. Dissolve half of the sugar in water and pour into the cherry liquid.
  3. Put the mass to ferment in a warm place for a week.
  4. Strain the wine and add vodka.
  5. Keep the mixture for another five days, then filter, mix with the remaining sugar and pour into containers.
  6. The wine has a maroon color and astringent taste.

The fourth recipe for homemade wine from cherries, apples and black currants

Composition

  • five kilos of cherries;
  • two and a half kilograms of black currant;
  • three kilograms of sweet and sour apples with soft flesh;
  • one and a half kilograms of sugar;
  • ten liters of water.

Cooking

  1. Core the apples, then run them through a meat grinder. Pour three hundred grams of sugar into the mixture and leave for a day.
  2. Make syrup with water and remaining sugar.
  3. Add mashed cherries and currants to the apple mass. Pour in the cooled syrup and, after mixing, place in a large fermentation bottle, making a special water seal.
  4. The wine will ferment from two to four weeks. Strain and bottle when ready.
