40 grams of flour, s alt and 20 grams of potato starch are mixed in a deep bowl.
To dry ingredients, carefully pour 80 milligrams of water, it must first be cooled, and one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Knead the dough so that there are no lumps.
Thawed crab meat is dipped in batter and spread on a frying pan, fried until golden brown.

For one pack of crab meat you will need the following products:
- 200 grams of hard cheese;
- five tablespoons of flour;
- a pair of chicken eggs;
- spices (paprika, ground ginger, coriander beans, grated nutmeg).
In a deep bowl, mix flour and eggs, add s alt and all spices. Add water and knead the dough.
The cheese is cut into slices about seven centimeters long.

- 70 grams of flour;
- 50 milligrams of water;
- one glass of coconut.
