Egg Miracle
If you and your household love eggs, then the egg drachena, the recipe of which we propose to master, will become one of your favorite homemade dishes. To prepare drachena, we need the following products:
- Milk - 1 cup.
- Eggs - 8 pieces.
- Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons.
- Butter - 60 grams.
- S alt, spices - to taste.
- Greens (onion, parsley, dill) - to taste.
First of all, carefully separate the yolks from the proteins. We put the proteins in the freezer for a short while, and mix the yolks, sour cream, flour, s alt and spices thoroughly, gradually pouring in the milk.
We take out the cooled proteins and beat them with a mixer or a whisk into a steep foam, add to the main mass and mix gently. Lubricate the ceramic or silicone mold with vegetable oil, put our workpiece there and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes until our drachena becomes lush and ruddy.
We take out the finished dish from the oven, pour melted butter on top and sprinkle generously with finely chopped herbs. That's all - our egg drachena, the recipe of which will be mastered even by those who are not strong in cooking, is ready! You need to eat it right away before it falls off.
Potato fantasies
If you want something hearty and not too difficult to prepare for breakfast, then potato drachena, the recipe of which is not much more complicated than the basic one, is what you need! We will need suchingredients:
- Potato - 6 tubers.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- Salo - 30 grams.
- Egg - 1 piece.
- Soda - 1 pinch.
- Sour cream - to taste.
- Onion - 2 pieces.
- Butter - to taste.
- S alt, pepper, spices to taste.
First, peel the potatoes, wash them and rub them on a coarse grater. Put in a saucepan, add eggs, s alt, spices and soda.
Put a frying pan on the fire, melt the fat and fry the finely chopped onion on it until transparent. After that, add the onion to the potato mass and mix.
Grease a silicone mold or a deep baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the future drachena there, evenly distribute with a spoon. We put the form in a preheated oven and bake the drachena until cooked at a temperature of 200-230 degrees. When serving, drizzle with melted butter or sour cream.
Cheese aroma
For a change, you can cook drachena with cheese - fragrant and extraordinarily tasty. Just imagine the alluring cheese smell that will wake up the household better than any alarm clock … To get a spicy cheese drachena, the recipe suggests using only hard cheeses. So, we take the following products:
- Milk - 1 cup.
- Wheat bread - 120 grams.
- Cheese - 80 grams.
- Butter - 2 tablespoons.
- Eggs - 8 pieces.
- S alt and spices to taste.
First things first rubcheese on a large grater. Then we cut off the crust from the bread, and cut the crumb into small cubes. Separate the yolks from the whites. Heat up the milk and pour over the bread cubes. Leave until the bread is soaked. After that, add 2/3 of the grated cheese and yolks there. S alt, add spices and mix well.
Next, beat the whites into a strong foam and add to the total mass. Stir gently until smooth. We grease the form with oil, put our bread-cheese-egg mixture there and level with a spoon. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Before serving, we grease our drachen with butter. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
