In order to prepare a salad, you need to prepare the ingredients in the following quantity (the calculation is indicated for two servings of the dish):
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150gram.
- Basmati rice - 300 grams.
- One avocado.
- S alted salmon fillet - 200 grams.
- Three fresh cucumbers.
- 50 grams of red caviar.
- 120 grams of soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar.
- 35 grams light sesame.
To prepare a Japanese salad with salmon and cheese, first you need to boil the rice, while not making it sticky porridge, as for rolls, but on the contrary, make sure that it does not boil, while maintaining friability. To do this, before starting cooking, we wash it several times to remove small grains of starch that create mucus in the cereal, and additionally, after heat treatment, boiled rice can be washed with slightly warm water and drained into a colander. When it cools down, add vinegar and stir well to evenly distribute the liquid.
Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces, do the same with the cucumber. Salmon fillet should be cut into thin pieces, no more than one centimeter in length. Philadelphia salad is usually served in Japanese style by laying it in layers in a dish, and then turning it over onto a serving dish. You can go the simpler way and use a small detachable cake mold (no more than 15 cm in diameter), and if it is not in use, then cut off the bottom and the narrow part of the top with scissors from a two-liter plastic bottle, leaving only a wide flat part, with In this case, the height of the resulting template should be no more than 20 cm and no less than eight.
Spread a few leaves of fresh lettuce on a serving plate,arugula petioles to the center and set the shape on top. Next, put half of the rice into it with a spoon, press lightly and place the chopped avocados and cucumbers on top, laying one layer on top of the other. Then curd cheese, on top of it salmon fillet and the rest of the rice, which we crush well with a spoon. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with eggs, and just before serving, remove the form and lightly sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds heated in a dry hot frying pan.

Ukrainian colleague of lettuce is not even remotely similar to its exquisite namesake, the only thing that brings them together is the presence of avocado in the composition and the loud name. According to the recipe for Philadelphia salad, you need:
- 1 diced avocado;
- 200 grams of good ham cut in the same way;
- 100 grams of hard cheese grated on a coarse grater;
- cut two fresh tomatoes into cubes, but you can use a cherry variety, then just cut them into halves with a knife;
- 400 grams of boiled chicken cut into small cubes, you can lightly sprinkle with black pepper to enhance the taste;
- boil two chicken eggs and cut each into eight pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour over the sauce of 70 grams of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard (should lightly beat the mixture with a fork). Some people dress this salad with mayonnaise, but it will be too greasy and not quite aesthetically pleasing.
Vegetarian version
Philadelphia cheese salad is also lovedhe althy eaters: their vegetable interpretation with a light dressing is ideal for a snack and as an addition to the main dish, which can be the popular lentil and rice cutlets. Required Ingredients:
- 130 grams of cheese;
- one each: bell pepper and Y alta onion;
- two fresh cucumbers and two tomatoes each;
- one bunch of lettuce leaves and a few sprigs of parsley or dill.
