So, for baking the dessert in question, we need:

  • butter expensive (that is, good quality) - 115 g;
  • country or shop cottage cheese (medium fat) - approximately 250-270 g;
  • light wheat flour - about 145 g;
  • large beet sugar - 115 g;
  • regular s alt - 1 small pinch;
  • baking powder - 3-4 g.

How to knead the curd dough?

To make cookies "Ears", you should cook a softbasis. To do this, store or village cottage cheese is laid out in a bowl, after which it is kneaded with an ordinary fork. Next, melt the cooking oil in a separate bowl. After cooling, it is poured into the dairy product, and a small pinch of s alt, a large spoonful of granulated sugar and baking powder are added.

After the described actions, flour is added to the resulting mass. It must be screened first. After kneading all the ingredients, a rather soft and elastic base is obtained. The curd dough is taken out of the refrigerator after two hours, and then divided into small pieces, which are subsequently rolled into balls. Next, circles are made from them. Having soaked the dough in granulated sugar, it is folded in half twice, getting an “ear” in the form of a quarter.
