First grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour flour into it, it should stick to the butter. Shake out the rest. Next, make the dough. Mix flour and sugar in a bowlbaking powder. Then send cocoa there, mix thoroughly. Throw the egg, vanillin into the bowl, pour in the oil. Stir.

Now move on to making the beetroot pie filling. Take a blender, grind the vegetable into a puree. In the resulting mass, add cheese, butter, powder. Mix these ingredients together.   • 1 kilo of flour;
  • 1, 5 tbsp. spoons of sugar and the same amount of vegetable oil;
  • 1 teaspoon s alt;
  • 700ml water;
  • butter;
  • 2 tsp yeast.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Pour s alt, flour and oil into it. Knead the dough from the ingredients. Give it time to rise well. Now take the leaves, wash them, chop them finely.

Next, divide the dough into 3 parts, roll into cakes. In the middle of each, lay out a part of the filling, s alt it. Pinch the edges of the tortilla towards the center.
