  1. First of all, break the eggs and separate the yolks. We put them in a separate container, add sugar and hot water, whisking the mixture until a thick mass is formed.
  2. Pour flour, add cocoa. Mix and sift into a bowlyolks.
  3. Add vegetable oil and mix everything very gently.
  4. Don't forget about proteins. Add a little s alt to them and beat until fluffy. It is important that the proteins do not settle.
  5. We put the dough in a special form.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the dough for about 45 minutes. The readiness of the biscuit can be checked with a wooden torch.

  • Cooking the syrup. Mix sugar with water, boil. Then pour in the liquor and let it cool.
  • Mix cream with powdered sugar, beat until thick, then add cream cheese and beat again - the cream for the cake is ready.
