- 200 g butter;
- half a cup of powdered sugar;
- half teaspoon baking powder;
- one and a half cups of flour (preferably wholemeal flour);
- half teaspoon cinnamon;
- walnuts;
- dried apricots;
- vanillin.
How to cook:
- Peel the carrots and grind in a food processor or with a grater.
- Mix fly withbaking powder.
- Add to carrots and at the same time churn butter, powdered sugar, eggs, cinnamon, flour and vanillin with a food processor or blender.
