All this is needed to knead the dough, which will become the basis for a delicious pie with rice and fish. To make a delicious savory topping you will need:
- 2 selected eggs.
- 2 small onions.
- 300 fillets of any fish.
- 300 g boiled rice.
- Greens, s alt and spices.
- Yolk (for greasing).
In a deep container, combine all the ingredients necessary to prepare the dough. All knead well, cover with cleanpaper towel and keep warm. After about an hour and a half, the risen dough is divided into two parts. One of them is immediately rolled out in a thin layer and placed on the bottom of the oiled form. The filling made from boiled rice, chopped greens, chopped heat-treated eggs, pieces of fish fillet, chopped onion, s alt and spices is evenly distributed on top. All this is covered with the remaining layer of dough and carefully fasten the edges. The resulting product is smeared with beaten egg yolk and placed in a heated oven. It is cooked at 230 degrees. Ten minutes later, the temperature is reduced to 180 degrees and they wait for about a quarter of an hour.
With salmon and cream

- 1 kg yeast dough.
- 800 g fillet of any fatty type of fish.
- 120g dry rice.
- 6 medium onions.
- Yolk.
- S alt, parsley, spices and refined oil.
This is one of the quickest and easiest fish and rice pies. Yeast dough is divided in half. One of the parts is rolled out in a layer and laid out in a greased form. The filling made from boiled rice, sautéed onions and pieces of fish fillet marinated in a mixture of s alt and spices is evenly distributed on top. All this is covered with bay leaves and a piece of the remaining dough. The product is smeared with whipped yolk, diluted with a tablespoon of water, and sent to a heated oven. Cook it at 200 degrees until it is browned.
With canned saury
This savory homemade cake can be a good replacement for your usual dinner. To treat your family to a hearty rice and fish pie, you will need:
- ¼ cup warm water.
- 300g white flour.
- ¼ cup of pasteurized milk.
- 1 tbsp l. yeast.
- ½ tsp each s alt and sugar.
- Choiceegg.
- Small onion.
- A glass of boiled rice.
- Jar of saury.

- 2 small onions.
- Selected egg.
- S alt, seasonings and refined oil.

A small hole is made in the middle through which the resulting steam will escape. Bake a pie with rice and fish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. As a rule, the duration of the heat treatment does not exceed 40 minutes.
