Step 3. After the escaping liquid evaporates from the pan, its contents are supplemented with minced meat and s alt.

Mushrooms with ground meat are stewed in a loosely closed vessel for no more than ten minutes. Experienced cooks do not advise increasing the heat under the pan. Otherwise, strong bubbling cream may curdle.
With melted cheese

- 500 g mushrooms.
- 500 ml cream.
